Aging cheeses
Our greatest pride is ripening cheeses, which proudly represent us at world competitions. We produce them by using the traditional procedure from the high-quality milk goats, sheep, and cows that graze freely in Slovak meadows. Our cheeses are aged for at least 1 month in special rooms under ideal conditions, where we take care of them to bring you to the table a cheese that tastes the way it should really taste.
