Fresh cheeses
Fresh cheeses are our youngest products. They have a distinct taste of goat and sheep milk, a soft, spreadable consistency similar to gervé type cheese, and we also produce them in combination with fresh herbs. In the production of this type of cheese, the milk must be processed up to 24 hours and the cheese must be packaged in a protective atmosphere because the shelf life of fresh cheese is very short.
